How do I upgrade the loader?

It has not shown me a loader at alll

Yah, same here. I'm stuck on the underwater hotel. I have over 3m dollars and it doesn't give me a prompt to upgrade anyone or anything. With that, I am unable to earn more diamonds by fulfilling the daily goals. This has been going on for several days. I'm about to bail on the whole game cuz I will watch ads but I will not pay actual money. I'm starting to wonder if the point is to force someone into paying cash to get past this point. NOT gonna happen.

I’m currently doing the beach hotel. I haven’t see an upgrading options for loaders in a while. I already upgraded every room and cleaning crew. I completed every task and the last thing I have on the list is to upgrade the loader. I thought that by opening the elevator to head to the other hotel it was going to appear but nothing yet. I’m not paying real money. I’ll just continue with the next hotel and I guess this hotel will stay as it is. If anyone knows any other tips to do this or is running with the same issue please advice.

Ok so Ive seen A LOT of people dont know what the loader is. Well its just the dude who puts toilet paper in the bathrooms. For the first hotel when you get to level 4 you can upgrade the loader. I dont know for other hotels but the loader is just the dude who restocks the toilet paper.
