There is the zone that unlock with 27 level of lemon event, how do you do it?

You only need level 21, which is the highest level possible in the lemon event. I can recommend doing as many quests in the event as possible and look into your phone more often (the lemons usually need around 20 minutes to grow 😃). Afterwards you unlock your grandma's workshop where she kept hidden some lemon recipes and a lot more quests open up for your to do. hope that helps!

You need to reach level 27 in general to unlock that area, not in lemon event.

Are there any other quests you are able to do that isn’t blocked by the lemon event? I would say do as many quests as you can since it can give bonus exp for completing them. The new city event is like lv 17 and it used to give out a TON of exp for doing it but it seems they nerfed the rewards for that in the latest update.
