Hi I've been playing for about a week & am at level 8 I used 100 medals to buy a level 1 scissors piece..

Hi I've been playing for about a week & am at level 8 I used 100 medals to buy a level 1 scissors piece but when I'm dragging it to an item say an apple or chicken breast to make into 2 lower items it just won't work & I don't know why. How do the scissors work? Do scissors pieces need to be at level 4 before I can use them at all? Please help it's driving me crazy thank you

Sciccors you can use are level 4, see in the recipe book in the tab with the coin
