The solution to level 5 is simple you need to select the part of the rectangle which will finish it's burn in the location closest to the other rectangle, so the fire will spread to the second shape.
That is the basic idea for this level and some of the following levels, apply this concept to those levels and you should be fine. If not, drop us a question.
