Why can't I cash out my stocks in the warehouse it says full but won't let me?

Is this still a problem?
You can't get money for your stocks in the warehouse but you can select a stock and do a 'stockpile clearance' to get rid of some of it. You will need to move the gauge along the sliding scale to select how many of that item you want to get rid of.
