Look out for the man that pulls up in his car outside the office building. If you tap him, and watch the video you should get a decent cash in-game reward.

Then upgrade your power in the power room. Then you can tap each of the power symbols on the room for the boss to go fix them. Or your engineers will fix them automatically.
