Ich habe das gleiche Problem!
Ich habe jede Menge Hauswarte, muss aber alles selber reparieren?!
Würde mich auch sehr interessieren woran das liegt.

I have a lot of caretakers, but I have to fix everything myself?!
I would also be very interested in why that is.

Close the app and clear the cache. Only thing that worked for me.
