My energy is out and the whole energy Room is upgraded what do I do?

My power is getting low and all power rooms are maxed and nuclear power plant is maxed I am on the second level in Europe

You have to buy the nuclear plant on the city view. You will need to have 8.8k Forbes rating you get by buying homes and cars.

Hiw does the power plant work? I bought it, i thought that after buying it i would have unlimited power supply. But whenever i am upgrading my office stationery my power bar is getting decreased. So how does the Chernobyl help?

You can't just buy the power plant, you need to upgrade it too. I am fully maxed with everything and on to Europe and have plenty of power back in the original city

I have Chernobyl completed upgraded and am now in the Aerospace Zone Office, but cannot make any purchases due to power. I thought buying and max upgrading Chernobyl would take care of all game power requirements. Am I missing something?
