How do you improve reputation level?

How do you improve reputation level? (top left of screen).

I'm currently blocked at level 60 and it never goes up, and I cannot relocate anywhere.

• Upgrade the office facilities...

Each office has an upgradation % shown inside the star. Once you upgrade the office, that % increases, and once you reach 100%, it adds 1 star to the reputation level (top left of screen)

• Upgrade companies...

When the companies upgraded one level, it adds 1 star to the reputation level...
