How can I sell things besides batteries and diodes in the foundry? I have mobile phones and PCs but orders only coming in for batteries?

The orders will change as you level up the buildings & unlock different items. I got orders for a bunch of batteries & then when I started producing other stuff the orders started coming for different stuff.
