Why do do the letters stick, not move ar all, get big and just sit there. I’ve been playing this for ten years and now am ver frustrated?

You cannot move the tiles on the board once they have been played. You can only move the tiles that are playable on your tile holder. To zoom in on words already on the board, tap twice, to zoom out, also just tap twice.
