What is the option for Rebirth used for on the warrior screen?

What is the option for Rebirth used for on the warrior screen? Not the skill learned Rebirth but the option it gives you after you upgrade a warriors. I know it gives you back your coins and other stuff and send the Warrior back to level 0 but is that all it does?
