Why can't I start a Dungeon Raid?

If you have selected your hunters and started them assembling for the dungeon raid but it just doesn't start, then it could mean that your shops are out of stock of something and that the hunters are not fit for battle. Check your inventory levels in the shop and see if you need to produce anything that your hunters need. eg... Cake, beds, bandages.
