Escape from Mental Hospital Levels 16 - 20

This is a walkthrough for the fourth set of five levels of Escape from Mental Hospital. An escape room game from Peaksel Games.

The previous levels are covered in the walkthrough for levels 11 - 15. Now we continue with Levels 16 - 20.

Level 16 - Jean Maes

Collect a Cloth from the floor on the left.

View bowl of cookies on the door on the left and collect a Cookie. This has a pattern of stars on it.

Collect a Lens from the light above the door.

Collect a Telescope Tube from the vent above the patient.

Collect another Cloth from the bed, and a Stand from the right.

View the telescope tube in your inventory and add to it the lens and the stand. You now have the Telescope.

Place the telescope by the window and then look though it to see a pattern of stars.

Now view the model house on the table.

Stars Puzzle

Look at the 3 windows to see stars on them.

You can draw lines between the stars.

Use the clues found so far to draw the correct lines on each window.

The stars on each window will match wither the Telescope stars, the cookie stars or the stars on the two cloths.

The house opens and you can collect the Pass Code

Use this on the keypad to escape the room.

Level 17 - Liam Evans

Collect a Candle from the high shelf on the left.

Then collect some Acorns from the floor by the bed and also a Ruler.

Collect a glass Jar from the floor by the door.

Now look in the floor by the sink to see a hole. Place the Acorns here. Termites will appear.

Use the jar on these and you will collect a Jar with Termites.

View a wooden box on the bed. Add the termites to this and they will make a hole. Collect a Puck.

Now view the three Candles on the back wall behind the patient.

Place the Ruler here and then use the candle that you have to light the ones on the shelf

After the candles melt down collect a Hockey Stick. Then notice the heights of the three candles and the symbols on the ruler on the right.

Next view a case on the table to the right of the patient. This has a lock that requires three symbols.

Use the symbols from the ruler at the candle heights.

Collect a second Hockey Stick.

View the box that is under the bed on the left.

Add to this the puck and the two hockey sticks. Collect the Pass code.

Use this on the keypad to exit the room.

Level 18 - Ayman Mawut

You start in an office room.

Collect three Circle Pieces from the room, one on a photo on the back wall, one under the desk and one on the bin on the right.

Collect a green Cup from the wall above the photocopier next to the desk.

Collect a Yellow Cup from the back wall on the left of the room.

Collect some pins from the floor by the bin.

Next view the Globe on the desk and use the Pins on this. It will mark out 4 locations on the grid or letters and numbers.

Next tap on the Photocopier to see a code entry. You need to find four numbers that relate to the four letters.

Get these from the Globe.

Solution:

Collect the fourth Circle Piece. View the door with the circles on it

Add the 4 circle pieces to this to start the puzzle.

Circles Puzzle

Tap each of the circles to rotate them.

You need to match up adjacent symbols.

The door opens, enter the treatment room.

Collect a Blue Cup from the floor to the right of the bed. View a Scale on the drawers to the right of the bed.

Add the three cups to this and the display will show you a number. This is below the four Roman numerals.

Now look at the Pyramid model on the floor to the left. This has 4 rulers on the sides that can be set to different numbers, each one is related to a Roman Numeral.

Use the clue from the scales to set the rulers to the correct values.

Collect a Key.

View the first aid box in the cupboard with the broken door.

Use the Key to open this and you can collect the pass code.

Go back to the office room and use the code on the Exit door keypad to complete this room.

Level 19 - Julia Kowalska

Tap on the Patient to see that she wants a piece of Cheese.

Collect a Cat Doll from the trolley on the left.

Next view the rubbish bin on the right.

Place the cat doll here to scare away the mice. Collect the cheese.

Give the cheese to the patient and you will get a Pendant with a symbol on it.

Next view a wall cabinet on the right above the sink. Place the pendant at the bottom.

Now you need to move the three sections above to line up three parts of a symbol in the center column that will combine to make the pendant symbol.

The cabinet opens and you can collect the Pass Code.

Use this on the keypad to escape the room.

Level 20 - Eman Abdallah

View the Recycle Bin on the left of the double doors. Collect a Wooden Inset and a Piece of Paper (1 of 4).

Collect a Balloon from the bed. And a second Piece of paper (2 of 4).

Collect a Crowbar from under the bed.

View a medical cabinet on the upper left and use the crowbar on the door to open it.

Collect a Valve.

Add the valve to the green gas tank on the right, then add the balloon. It will fill up and reveal a number.

Look at the X-ray images on the wall. Find the three colors associated with the three numbers from the balloon.

Next view the Red box on the stool on the left, this requires a three color code. Use the clue above for this.

Solution:

Collect a Clown Box and a Doctor's ID.

Use the ID on the door on the left, and then you can go through to the next room.

Collect a Matchbox and a Piece of Paper (3 of 4)from the seats on the left.

Then also collect a roll of Duct Tape from the floor under the seats and a Match from the floor by the Wheel chair.

View the matchbox in your inventory and take out to collect the two matches, you know have three.

View a paper on the wall behind the patient for a clue about matches and triangles.

Then tap on the drawers to the left you will find a puzzle.

Matches Puzzle

Add the three matches to begin.

You now need to drag and move the matches on the board to form the triangles as shown in the clue.

Once done you can collect an Emergency Glass Breaker and a Wooden Inset.

View the Clown box in your inventory and add to it the two wooden inset pieces.

Collect another piece of paper (4 of 4). View the roll of duct tape and then add the pieces of paper to it, you will get the Paper.

View this in your inventory to see three symbols.

Now view a red emergence box on the left wall. Use the Glass breaker on this to break it open.

Set the 3 symbols inside according to the clue on the paper.

Collect the Pass Code

Go back to the other room and use this on the keypad to escape.

This completes level 16-20. Continue on to levels 21 - 25.
