Escape from Mental Hospital Levels 1 - 5

This is a walkthrough for the first five levels of Escape from Mental Hospital. An escape room game from Peaksel Games.

The game begins with a tutorial that will show you how to solve the rooms. You can disable this at any time by tapping the button on the lower left.

Level 1

Collect the Red Envelope from the top of the radiator on the far wall. This will give you some details on the players character. There will be 10 more documents like this to find during the game, one will appear on every fifth level.

Next collect a Wallet from the wall cabinet on the right wall. Then open it in your inventory. Take the Coin from inside.

Next tap on the wall cabinet on the left wall. Use the coin on the grill to open it. Collect the Pass code.

Now view the keypad on the door on the right. Enter the pass code

Level 2 - Marie Gruber

Collect a spring from the floor on the left. Then view the toy car that is on the floor, collect from it another Spring.

Collect a key from a hook on the right wall. Then view a first aid box that is under the bed on the left.

Use the key to open this, collect the Pass code and a Hammer.

View a piggy bank hat is on the trolley on the far left. Use the hammer on this to break it open. You will collect a Sharp Ceramic Piece.

Use the sharp piece on the seat of the char in the center of the room. You can then collect another Spring.

Now tap on the door, there is a panel that requires 3 springs. Add these.

You can now use the key pad and enter the pass code.

Level 3 - Anna Johansson

Tap on the patient sitting on the floor, you will see she wants a Hat.

Collect a Blueprint (pattern) from the trolley on the far left.

Collect an Arrow token from the bed.

Move the pillow on the bed and collect some White Yarn.

Next tap on the board above the door.

Arrow Puzzle

Add the arrow token to begin.

The green line starts in the top right, turn all of the arrows at the corners of the line to point in the required direction.

Collect the Blue yarn.

Now tap on the table on the right to see some needles and yellow yarn. Add the blue and white yarn to this, and the blueprint.

Knitting puzzle

There are 2 balls of yarn to tap on. The needles will be above a stitch on the pattern.

Tap the correct color to make the knit. Repeat this to cover the entire pattern.

You will then get the Knitted cap.

Give this to the patient and you will get the pass code

Level 4 - Elizabeth Mae

Collect a Lock pick from the floor on the left.

Collect some Polaroid Film from the work bench on the right of the door.

Collect a Camera from the top of the shelf by the window on the right wall.

View the camera in your inventory and add the film to it. you will get the the Polaroid note with a code number.

Now look at the bottom of the large cupboard to the left of the door. There is a code entry. Use the clue from the Polaroid.

Collect a Key.

Now look on the far left of the room to see a door. Use the key to open this.

Go though to the next room

Collect a red gem from the table on the left.

Collect a blue gem from the steps to the left of the patient.

Collect a blue gem from the wooden cabinet to the right of the patient.

Then view a drawer on the wooden cabinet. Use the lock pick to open it. Collect two more red gems.

Now view a crown emblem on the pedestal on the left of the patient. Add the gems to it.

You can now collect the Pass code.

Go back to the first room and use the code on the key pad.

Level 5 - Laura Russo

Collect a Coffee Pot from the floor on the left.

Collect a Scalpel from the floor to the right.

Collect a Feather from the bed.

Use the feather on the feet of the patient. She will then drop a Thermometer to collect.

Next view a small table by the bed to see a cup and ice cream. Use the coffee pot on the cup to fill it.

Now use the thermometer on the cup and the ice cream to get two temperature readings.

Next view a box on the right below the sink. This requires a 4 digit code and the clues are the symbols above. Sun for hot and snowflake for cold.

Collect an Inset.

Next view the pizza under the bed. Use the scalpel on this to cut it into four slices. Each slide will have a number of pepperoni slices in it.

Tap each slide to move it and see a Roman Numeral underneath.

Now view a first aid cabinet on the wall above the sink. This also requires a 4 digit code. Get the code from the Pizza clue.

Collect another Inset.

Now tap on the green cabinet behind the patient.

Add the two inset items here to open the doors. Collect the Pass code.

Use the pass code on the keypad to escape the room.

This completes levels 1-5. Move on to Levels 6 - 10
