In the cooking competition level insane I can't seem to find that teeny tiny mouse/rat thing that says you can see it at night. Anyone know where it's hiding?

Find the picture of elephant on the top of right sight. Near is fireman, 3 girls (one of them has white hat). Rat is under the elephant picture on the roof.
