I want to send voice recording but it keeps mentions enabling it in settings. I've looked in settings but can't find any sort of recording switch to turn it on and off. Any help??

Most likely your microphone is off in your device settings, enable it from your device's settings and you're good to go

Bad advice. Try Google Assistant or Siri to prove mic is not disabled. Call your mistress to prove mic is not disabled. Create a video on your device and prove mic is notndisabled on device
