Where is norton hall?

Where is norton hall? I saw people getting Drac from it, I was told it's in club base but I can't find it

You go to club base with overflow and sort out inventory from there and it displays as "Norton Hall"

See firstly you'll have to fill up your inventory before starting your dailies, so that way if you get any more reward, they are stacked up in the extra bag that is displayed slightly on the left side of the screen, after the bag is full or say has more than 100 rewards then you go to the fountain in your club base and start collecting those rewards by arranging your inventory, it slightly increases your luck and helps you get a bit more drac material....( Very little increase in luck, but helps)For more questions for Dragon Raja check out the answers page where you can search or ask your own question.
