My account is connected to archosaur. I had to reinstall dragon raja and now I can't find my account...

My account is connected to archosaur. I had to reinstall dragon raja and now I can't find my account. I was trying to connect my account again and all I keep getting is "this account is connected to another game process" ... So I tried to log in with switch account and it still doesn't retrieve my account. What do I do? Please help

I only get that message when I was using the the login into account.
If instead I used the Switch Account and pick the account I want it works fine.
What's the error you get when you go to Switch Account?
