You could get it by buying it from the club store. But before you do that, you need "payback". One of the ways of getting it is by donating to the club. Go to "club" and then go to "bonus" and then you can see the "donation". You can donate there using your coins or you can donate with the second option. I think you can also get "payback" by attending club events and so on. After you do that, beside the "donation" there's a button named "store". Go to that and that's where you can get "colorful mood". One "colorful mood" costs 4 "payback". You can only buy 50 "colorful mood" once a week so you have to wait until it resets next week.
