You can only do Club Merging if you are the Club Leader. Under the Club section of the game, choose Club Merge, you’ll be asked to search for a club name in order for you to send them a merge request. An option will be given if you will be the one initiating the merge, or if you want to join the club of others. Once the other leader approves, both clubs will be merged and you’ll have to assign new positions to the members.
