I have added my friend on the phone but you can't see her in the game and we are at the same location and server . Why??

In order to add friends, make sure that you and the person you’re trying to add are on the same server. Press the “Friends” button near the chat bar on the lower left and press “Add”. You can search players through their in-game name.
