I cant add a friend even that we are in the same server (S1) his level 16 and I 71, I tried to search..

I cant add a friend even that we are in the same server (S1) his level 16 and I 71, I tried to search his name but I couldn't find him.. we went to the same map location and we couldn't find each other.. please I need an answer

I had the same problem too but I think what your supposed to do is complete your first ace quest and then you can cause my friend was at 13 and I was 88 and we couldn’t find each other.

I had this same problem, but if you are in the same server have your friend type something in the world chat and you’ll be able to add them by clicking on their profile and add friend.
