There are two kinds of gifts: Friend Gifts and Ally Gifts. You can buy friend gifts by pressing Send Gift from the friend page, you can use roses or coupons to send them. For Ally Gifts, you can obtain them by participating in Events that have Ally Gift drops. You can also get them by progressing Activity Points.
