There are a few good ways to increase Happiness in Dragon Raja.
At the Fun Fair, use the Carousel.
At the College, use the Swings.
Make items that give happiness if you have taken the Idol Career.
Purchase items from a specialty shop in Siberia Harbor.

At the collage use the swings 4 0 REPORT
At the fun fair use the carousel next to the roller coaster in the back
At the Siberia Harbor use the swings next to the dorm or cottage that you spawned in when you first started the game
And at the Specialty Shop in Siberia Harbor but I dunno where exactly that is

Click on the World Map and go to the "Principal's Office". Then, Exit the Principal's Office through the main door. From the main door, just look left, there will be a guy standing by the main door on the left side. He will have the words "specialty shop" above him.
