Where is Mr Teddy located?

Mr. Teddy (500hp) is a mutant bear, located at the Slum. He is spawned in the radioactive area in the middle of the level. The best way tgat i have found to defeat him is to lure him out from the left alley/entrance to the center of the level (radioactive area). I would definitely lure him out first because there is also a Blossom in the same area. I have always had luck to first kill everything up the left side, including blowing up the 2 zombie pits. Then shoot the zombie as you are entering the left alley, then fall back to your car. Shooting the zombie will also trigger Mr. Teddy and will start running after you. When you fall back that will give you some shots before taking damage. He is fast and it is very hard to not take any damage before killing him.

Mr. Teddy is a mutant Bear in the middle area of the Slum.
