It changes every time you unlock it it's just pure luck and no rhyme or reason to it but be aware when you do pick the right name there are nests to destroy which require motovs and there are multiple locked doors so you'll have to guess each time and pray you don't get one wrong where you have to wait at day to try again by then the area location will be refreshed. The basement aka bunker area in my opinion is a waste of time and resources. I'd use those resources for distant locations on the map that give you a lot more to harvest and use
