How do I get to fix the elevator in the bunker?

How do I get to fix the elevator in the bunker? I found one note before I used molotov to destroy all zombie pits/holes. Now it says, waiting for repair team. When will they arrive? And I fear without zombies, I won't find more notes.

After few days, around 4-5+, bunker has been reset, I suppose I'll find second note after clearing all terminals. Then probably this process will go upto a total of 5 times. Let's see what's down there afterwards..

I have unlocked basement door one and two and the 3 door I was not successful getting the correct name but when I tried today everything was erased as I never open one!! Can anyone explane if it will be refreshed daily and if so how can you make it all the way trough if you guess the name wrong you have 24 hours to try again and it always changes names and ones you run out of time that 24 hours pass it refreshes and starts all over since door 1
