On level 189, I have completed the game except the middle circle with 2 icons in it, a number of time..

On level 189, I have completed the game except the middle circle with 2 icons in it, a number of time and have found no way to complete that. I have to stop playing at this time. Can you tell me how to complete that or just skip over it ?????
