I am on level 13401. It only has 10 moves and you have to wait 3 moves before another frozen block..

I am on level 13401. It only has 10 moves and you have to wait 3 moves before another frozen block is formed so it always leaves me with one left. I have been playing the level for a week and can’t get past. Is there any way this level can be beat?
