Tap the message area at the bottom of the main screen of the cat house, this will give you the option to chat. You need to be 13 or over.

You unlock chat when you're level 5. The game is for all ages, the chat is 13+. If you lied about your age, other players will recommend you to block chat. Hope this helped!Add your answer
