What if I want to put my email profile picture in cod?

Hi, I am a gamer and I also have my youtube channel. Now, if you want to put your profile picture of email on cod then all you have to do is sign in to call of duty with your email. OR

If you want to keep your game data then you can change the profile picture of the account you have logged in with. For example- If you have logged in with your facebook then you can change your facebook profile picture and then open the game this will automatically change your profile picture.
