What are the icons at the top for?

I have a possible answer but I do not know if it is right. First ask yourself the question how you would create the game in the first place. My thoughts on this are that you would start with the ordered colours and then proceed to use the inverse rules to mix them up. Once you have mixed them up with two columns empty then that is the number of moves you would need to return them to the ordered colours. The number of moves an actual player takes would then be a percentage of that number which means that a low percentage is better. Only the originator of the game can say if this is right or wrong
