Adventure Escape: Vanishing Act - Chapter 6 Walkthrough

Adventure Escape: Vanishing Act is an escape room puzzle game, part of the series of Adventure Escape Mysteries from Haiku Games featuring Detective Kate Gray.

In Chapter 5 we have caught Charlie but missed the yacht that Allie and Elias are on. Now we use Charlies boat to catch up with the yacht and need to rescue Allie and stop Elias.

Chapter 6 Walkthrough

You arrive at a dock bay on the back of the yacht. Tap the stairs to go up.

There is a masquerade party on deck, you will need to find masks to blend in. Talk to the Bouncer on the left of the stage. You need to get him a glass of wine. Then talk to Harry sitting on the box.

He will stand up, you can then open the box and collect a Mask.

Next tap on the Bar to talk to the bartender. You need to get the ticket from Charlies phone.

Go back down to the small boat and tap on charlie to collect Charlies Phone, then show this to the bar tender. You collect the Glass of wine.

Give this to the bouncer and you will receive another Mask.

After you put on the masks tap on the queue of people on the right. until they all move out of the way. Allie is by the railing with Elias. Elias sends Charlie a message.

You now need Charlie's suit. Go down to the boat.

After Sanford Roy passes by you need to get hold of the elevator card. head back up and tap on Sanford Roy on the right.

Try the bar again for more wine, but you are not able to get one. After this you can talk to the woman who has lost her necklace.

Tap on the ice box by the bar and collect the Corkscrew.

Now go down to the boat again and use the corkscrew on the green cabinet, Collect the Boat Hook from inside.

The necklace is hanging from the pipe above the elevator. Use the boat hook to collect it.

Go back up and give it to the woman who will give you another glass of wine.

Use the Glass of wine on Sanford, this lets Kate take the Elevator Card.

Go down to the boat and use the elevator card on the elevator door. You will then head up to the upper deck.

Tap on Charlie to collect Charlie's Clothes. Then open the small cupboard next to him to collect some Bleach.

Examine the green cabinet to see a padlock with 4 colored symbols. Look for the clues for this.

First note the green rug. Then to find the others head back down in the elevator.

Use these clues to open the lock .

Collect a Lift Key and a Shaving Kit.

Now tap the mirror next to Murphy.

Use Charlies Clothes, the Bleach and the shaving kit.

Return to the Lower deck and then up to the stage. Tap on Allie to send in Murphy.

The magic show will then start.

Once the talking is done tap the rail where they were standing to look over. Chet is cleaning.

After he leaves collect the Lift Hook.

Return to the lower deck and first use the lift key on the panel on the wall next to the cabinet. This will lower the winch. Then add the hook to the bottom. It will strap to the jet ski.

Tap the panel again to lift the jet ski and uncover a storage box. Collect the Bucket.

Go up in the lift to the upper deck and use the sink to get a bucket of water.

Return via the elevator to the party deck and look over the side again. Use the bucket of water to clean away the soap residue and reveal the boat name.

Now you can return to the lower deck and open the storage box.

Collect the Rappelling Gear

Now go back to the upper deck and open the window next to Charlie. Use the Rappelling gear on the open window.

You arrive in the Backstage area (Main floor).

Star: move the yellow cushion on the chair on the left to find it.

Move the yellow cushion on the white chair in the center to collect some Paper Pieces. Then collect some more from under the same chair.

Move the clothes on the floor to collect a Special Access Card.

Now use this card on the elevator to use it. Then head up to the upper deck.

Use the special access card on the small wall cupboard, collect the Drawer Key.

Go back to the main floor and then you can use the key to open the drawer on the coffee table. Collect more Paper Pieces.

View the coffee table now to see the torn paper. Add the paper pieces to it. You do not have enough yet to complete the puzzle but take a look at the yellow note to see a clue.

For the rest of the clue you need to head back to the party to where the magic show is happening. Note the symbols on the 2 large boards on stage.

Then head back the backstage area and tap on the red curtains to peek though to the stage from behind, you will see the backs of those same boards with different symbols.

Now you can tap on the back trunk on the sofa.

Trunk Puzzle

• The trunk lock has 5 symbol pieces that you can slide around.
• Find the correct locations for the 5 to open it.
• Each of the symbols appears in a color on the boards.
• Each color is also shown on the sticky not on the papers on the coffee table.

Collect the Dagger and more Paper Pieces from the trunk.

Now use the dagger on the floor vent cover to open it, collect more Paper Pieces.

Go back to the coffee table and add the rest of the pieces you have collected.

Paper pieces jigsaw

• Now you can solve this by moving the pieces into position.
• Tap a piece to rotate it.

After this Kate tries to stop the show.

She ends up falling through the trap door to the engine room.

Elias is there and tries to shoot her. But only manages to cause a fire. and the room begins to flood.

Use the Dagger on the locked box by the steps to open it. Collect the Fire Extinguisher.

Use this on the fire to put it out. You can then collect a Socket Wrench.

Use the wrench on the broken pipe at the back that is venting steam. Then collect the Duct Tape from above it.

Use the tape on the sparking wires next to the elevator. This will fix them.

Tap the console above the wires to view it, try the switch to find that it is broken, you will then get to the diode puzzle

Diode Puzzle

• There are a number of circuit tiles on the right that you need to fit into the grid
• Connect the 4 diodes together.
• You need to fill in all of the tile spaces to do this.
• Green tiles will increase the power level while the red ones reduce it.

This is one way to do it.

This will activate the elevator but it leaves without you and then breaks. Murphy drops down a Unicycle for you to collect.

Examine this in your inventory and then use the Wrench on it. You will collect the Lug Nut.Then tap some more to get the Wheel.

Add the Wheel to the door and then the Lug Nut to secure it. Then use the Wrench to complete this.

You escape but so have Charlie and Elias. Time to get the Jet Ski and chase them.

First tap the panel on the wall to move the jet ski into the water. It is out of fuel.

Collect the Bucket. Then enter the engine room again. Use the Dagger on the floating barrel to make a hole. Then use the bucket to collect the fuel.

Back out to the deck and add this to the jet ski. You then leave with Allie and chase the boat.

Boat Chase

• For this you just nee to follow the prompts to take a shot when the target is over the boat.
• You will need to hit it 3 times to complete it.

This is the end of the game, watch the closing cut scenes to finish out the story.
