Lost Chronicles Walkthrough - Part 1

Lost Chronicles is another new game from the fantastic team at Five - BN Games. A Hidden object adventure game with plenty of puzzles and mini-games to solve and play. As usual it also features a mystical story line with unforgettable characters and challenging quests.

This guide will be a full walkthrough of the game in parts for make it easier to navigate though. We will try to explain the methods for each puzzle and task. If you have any questions you can head to the Answers Page to ask for more help there.

Hidden Object Scenes Hints and Tips

To start we will run over some details about the hidden object scenes, there are many of these in the game.

The game has many locations with hidden object scenes for you to complete. In these scenes you will be looking for a particular object but will also need to find others to complete the puzzle.

Each area has a large number of items that can be looked for but each time you start a puzzle there you will have a random list of item from 6 to 15 to find).

Some items are in view while others will be inside containers or you need to interact with items to assemble or create the object.

There maybe boxes to open. Levers to pull or objects to move to reveal more areas.

Even if you find no items in an area during a search there maybe some items there that you will need to find later on. As items are found new items can replace them so you might need to check areas more than once.

As you play the game you will return to a hidden object scene several times. Some items might be repeated so try to remember where you find them.

OK now we will begin with the first part of the walkthrough for Lost Chronicles.

Lost Chronicles Walkthrough - Part 1

As the game starts you find out about a missing boy and then start your quest as Leonor a new apprentice to Magnus, the town elder.

Task - Meet Magnus

After talking to the person in the street tap on the chest with the green bag to view it. Open the pocket on the front of the bag and you can collect a knife. Now use the knife on the ropes to cut them away and you can collect the Backpack

View the Backpack in your inventory and open it, collect from inside a Patty, and some Coins (5).

Now tap on the steps on the house on the right. There is a dog that doesn't want to let you pass.

Give the Patty to the Dog and it will move, you can then tap on the door at the top of the steps. Tap a second time to open the door and then go inside.

Talk to Magnus and he will then instruct you to explore the town and find a room to stay. Exit to the street. Then talk to the person again for directions.

New Task - Find Accommodation

Tap on the notice board on the right, you will see a poster for the missing boy and you can collect a Fox Medallion. There is another message that you cannot read.

Then tap on the low wall around the statue that the villager is sitting on. Collect a green 'Snake Medallion and a 'Piece of chain with carabiner'.

After this go through the arch at the end of the street to the next area.

Tap on the door of the building on the right to enter the Tavern.

Now talk to the Landlady. After the conversation you have a new task.

New Task - Gather a Collection of Keys

First tap on the door on the left of the bar area where the Landlady is standing to enter the Pantry. (the doorway is sparkling).

This will take you to a hidden object game

Pantry Hidden Objects

There are a number of items to find, they are listed at the bottom. The main item in this case is an old key that you will find on a small box on the shelf near the center.

Once you find all of the items you will collect the Old Key. Now back in the main room view the bar / reception desk again. Collect the Oiler

Then view the shelf / drawers on the right wall to the left of the window. Collect a Wolf Medallion from the top.

Back out into the street and first view the wooden gates on the right of the tavern.

Use the knife here to collect a blue Bear Medallion, and also take the Fireplace Pliers on the left. Now view the cart on the left with the broken barrel.

Collect a Casket (Box) from the cart and then look at the broken grain cover on the right. Collect the Iron Key.

Next view a stall just to the left of the Tavern with a blue awning. Then tap on the shelf and collect a Fish Medallion.

Now view the Casket in your inventory and then add the 5 Medallions to it. This is a puzzle.

Casket Puzzle

You need to add the medallions to the images at the top. They need to be placed on the correct spots.

Add the animal medallion on to the symbol of a creature that it eats.

Solution:

Show

Bear=> Fish.

Fish => Worm

Fox => Rabbit

Snake => Mouse

Wolf => Fox

Next the medallions appear on the lower section. Another puzzle.

Tap the medallions to slide them to an empty slot. 5 of the slots have colors on them.

You need to move the correct colored medallion to the same colored slot.

Collect the Key with Gilding from the box.

Now go back into the Tavern and view the fire on the right. Use the Fireplace pliers on the coals and you will pull out a key.

When it cools you can collect the Key with Monograms. Exit the Tavern and view the basement door, this is just below the steps to the tavern. Use the oiler here to loosen the bolt and open the door. It is dark.

Go back into the tavern and talk to the owner again. She will give you a magic lantern. You can then return to the basement entrance. Use the Lantern and the way will be lit for you to enter.

Basement Hidden object scene

The main item that you need is the broom. For this tap the handle on the lower left to move a sheet and reveal the broom on the floor.

Once done you will have the broom, back up to the first area of the town and tap on the lamp post to the left of the tall statue. You will see a key hanging.

Use the broom to collect the Copper key. Now you have 5 keys, tap on the small blue book on the lower right. This will open the Collections page.

On the right of the set of keys tap the 'Get' button and you will collect the Bunch of Keys and a reward.

Now return to the tavern and you can give the keys to the owner. You will complete the task and gain a Key to the Attic.

Tap on the door at the top of the stairs on the left. Then use the key to open it and go in.

Use the broom on the cobwebs to clean, then pick up the 2 chairs. Now collect a Golden pyramid (1 of 8) piece from the floor, then straighten the rug sand find a second golden pyramid. (2 of 8).

View the fireplace and use the shovel to clean it up then collect a Gear and another Golden pyramid. (3 of 8)

New task - Find firewood and matches

Next tap the painting on the bed to place it on the wall and then view the bed. Collect another Golden pyramid (4 of 8).

Now view the window.

Tap the vase on the left to move it to the right and then tap the bundle that was underneath it. Collect the 'Keeper from the room', and then take the Rag.

Now open the fabric door covering on the left of the room and look inside to find a sink. Add the rag to it and use the jug of water to get a Wet rag.

Return to the window and use the rag on the bottom section that is dirty.

You can then open the window and collect a Wooden Eagle. And another Golden Pyramid (5 of 8)

Exit the room and you will talk to the Tavern owners son downstairs. He tells you to look for matches in the pantry,

Pantry Hidden Object - Matches

Return to the pantry for another hidden object scene. As before you need to find a range of items (up to 15).

This time the main item is matches.

The matches are found in the bread box on the left side, open it to look inside. Then place 4 matches into the the box and collect it.

Once you have completed the puzzle you have the box of matches, return to your room and use them to light the candles on the table on the left. Then view the table.

Move the papers in the center and you can collect another golden pyramid.

Next look under the bed and lift the sheet.

Use the broom again here to clean it up and then again to drag another golden pyramid piece to collect. (7 of 8)

Now tap on the stone wall just to the right of the fire place. Notice the loose stone on the lower right.

Move the stone and you can collect a 'Kettlebell 2 grams' and the final golden pyramid (8 of 8)

Go back downstairs and talk to the boy again. He will tell you to place the golden pyramid on the base by the window. View this and add the top.

After the vision you now need to look for firewood, return to the basement for another hidden object scene.

Basement Hidden Object - Firewood

Find the items like before. The main item to find is the Bundle of firewood. For this tap on the gate on the far right side to look in this area and see the pile of wood.

Go back up to your room and view the fireplace. Add the wood to it and then use the matches to light a fire. This completes a task.

You will then see 5 symbols on the fire surround. Make a note of these.

View the stone wall again that has the symbols on the stones.

Tap the same 5 symbols that you see on the fireplace. You need to tap them in the correct order from left to right.

Now an Altar will appear in the wall. Place the Keeper object on top and then you will start a puzzle.

Keeper Puzzle

The object is to move the counter to the hole near the top.

To move one tap behind it, this will push it away from where you tap.

You need to direct each counter carefully. If you place it next to a wall then you cannot tap to move it away from the wall.

Once done you will collect a Ruby earring. Now exit the room and the tavern back to the street. It is night time, you will talk to the man sweeping.

Then view the Cart on the left again and tap on the drain cover. You can now use the earring to collect a purse from the drain.

Open it to collect a Wooden Phoenix and more coins (4)

Return to the Tavern and talk to the owner, after giving her the money you will receive a key for a drawer. (Pink flower). View the drawers on the right wall again and use the pink flower to open one. Collect a Wooden swan and some Fresh Linen.
