I can’t swap letters while playing one of my opponents. Message comes up “Oops” try to reset. I’ve reset and still cannot swap letters while playing her. I can swap letters with other opponents.

Yes ! I've noticed I cannot swap tiles with this opponent named Carol , and I have coins to use. There are enough letters left in tile bag.

I wonder if these people work for the company.

No. Every time Intry to swap, I lose my tokens and it won’t swap.
