How do you use the keys you earn by completing tasks?

I find no use for these keys. They add up but to what end?

It seems to be a way of addicting you. I have not found a use.

They are used to unlock the 35 tiers of rewards of that are needed to climb the ladder. The higher up the ladder you go the number under your name will show it.

But how do I do that? I cannot find he way to use them. Can I see how many I have and if so, where?
