My words with Friends game is ALWAYS freezing on me. I have to shut off my phone and reload. Can you try to fix this problem for me. I don’t have any updates at this time.

You need to report game issue to the developer. Only they can look into them for you.

Careful if Zynga tells you to delete and reinstall the app. I did and the ADS started after every play. Do you turn off your device weekly? Whether phone or tablet you should turn it totally off weekly, that may help.
