Is there a way to get multiple items at once?

Is there a way to get multiple items at once? I need 75 of an item and they only give me 1 per add I'm going to uninstall if not I'm sick of watching adds I watched 50 adds to get the item I needed to upgrade then I had to either wait 2 hours or watch an add for 5 minutes off timer
