What do the dots mean in the Guild roster?

What do the dots mean in the Guild roster? I know green means online at least.

I am sure the green dots mean the player is online and very recently active.
The yellow dots mean the player is online, but not active.
The red dots mean the player is offline.
There is a black dot, I have no idea what that means.
My educated guess it that the player has been inactive for a number of days.
Not sure at how many days it turns black.
