How do I break an oath to a state I'm already in / go back to my own?

If you want to create/break an oath you need to meet the strongest lord of that state. After you meet him there will be an option in the dialogues to make/break an oath.. In case you can't find him, meet any lord of that state, ask about him, they will tell you his location.

But my state got destroyed i don't find them

Same here buddy. I got stuck serving Poland. It got destroyed. I rebuilt it solo handedly and captured few castles and ports on my own. Got some few generals now but the king is still nowhere to be found

Oh yea I also tried to ask the King's whereabouts to the new generals. His name is not on the list.
