I have defeated the boss on planet 4 I have done all the other tasks but when it says to go the time..

I have defeated the boss on planet 4 I have done all the other tasks but when it says to go the time rift it says to reset it again but I've already done that. And it only shows 98 percent done. How do I complete it properly and not start again?
