What is meant by max tier?

Each weapon has a maximum capacity. Distance, stopping power, scope, magazine etc. When the max is reached it means that is the full potential of the weapon. To do well in the game you have to purchase better guns. In effect you have to go backward to go forward. Once you start earning money update your weapons.

Don't buy weapons you don't need. The $$$ will soon bank up.
