Is it the Sniper 3D’s server thats going in & out when the Wi-Fi Signal shows up.?

Is it the Sniper 3D’s server thats going in & out when the Wi-Fi Signal shows up.? I don’t think it’s on my end because my cable box is wireless and TV still shows! Just get screw out of an Energy bar.

Happens all the time.Their server can’t handle the amount of players playing. It usually happens when I get a 15-20 kills and have made an excellent battle score.
