Hi to settings in android or iOS then search for date, time & region

In region, change to the country you want.

In Android, Go to "Language and input" in settings. Choose the region you want the flag to be of. Flag changes according to the region you have chosen in language and input.

Delete the game and reload it, it will give you the choice to choose your flag.
