What is the steel league and the emblems? What's their use and how do I get them? What's the purpose of the ranking there?

As you advance you get promoted into higher Leagues.
Steel, Copper, Gold, etc... these Leagues also have sub divisions, and PVP also offers ranks. For example: My rank is Golden Wolf, I’m in the Copper League, at Division V. However, there is a theory. The more consistent wins you achieve, the faster you move up. It does not matter what GR Gear Rating you have or rifle you use. Winning is everything in PVP. At least place 4th or above.
