I'm in level 10 and I want to finish the spec ops second level but I can't upgrade my IPR2A1 to continue..

I'm in level 10 and I want to finish the spec ops second level but I can't upgrade my IPR2A1 to continue the mission.. When i want to upgrade it I read maxed out. What should I do?

Buy a new rifle. Maxed out means exactly what it says.
