My energy bars doesn't want to refill anymore and my upgrades on the weapons doesn't want to load, all of a sudden?
I mainly play off line.
Please help

I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, connected to wifi, then downloaded the app again. Logged back into my profile and everything was restored...problem solved.
