Why doesn't my energy refill? It just shows 8m 05s on the energy bar, I've tried refilling it with my date and time, still it doesn't refill. What should I do?

I have this too but I find it only happens when I’m not connected to WiFi. If you connect to WiFi/data and then restart the game that works for me.
