How do you defeat Special OP’s Andy Shores #2 “ThreeSwimmers”? I’ve tried everything. Head shots do not register as kills. I’m using well upgraded tier 12 sniper rifle.

Just went back and did it. I was easily able to shoot them anywhere but make sure you have the range right. For me the closest two were at 80 and the last one was at 1000.

Try to shoot their heads with full upgrade weapon of 12 tier .
